  • How can I pay for international orders?
    For international orders you can pay with Paypal. You can use the currency convertor on the top right of the store, in order to see the prices in your currency. Either way, Paypal will give you the currency exchange rate of the day. If you prefer to do an international bank transfer, please send us an email (contact@letitbeintimate.com) so we can provide you with our bank information.
  • How does the international shipping work?
    You order should be ready up to 3 working days once the payment is confirmed. We will ship your order through the Brazilian post office, Fedex or DHL. If you have any other preference for shipping, please contact us so we can see other possibilities. Normally, shipping to countries other than Brazil take from 5 to 15 days, but we cannot guarantee any delivery estimate since shipping abroad is related not only to shipping companies, but also to how long the customs services take in each country. We are not responsible for any extra fees you government may charge you for your order. Please check if your country has any policy for importing goods from abroad before ordering.
  • Can I exchange my piece?
    For hygienic purposes we do not exchange bodysuits or panties, but you can exchange bras and accessories or return your piece, if you want to. Since we are a Brazilian company and our headquarters are located in Brazil, if you purchase on our website and decide to exchange or get your money back, we have to comply with the Brazilian laws and guidelines of commerce. In order to exchange or give back your piece, you have to ship us back the piece on the original box (this cost is yours) up to 7 days after receiving your package. Once we receive the piece, we will check if there are any sigs of it being used or any flaws and ship you the other piece of your choice (this cost is ours). If there is any difference in value, we can send you a payment link or a reimbursement via Paypal.
