 *First decide on your cup size.
 The cup P (40) is equivalent to A.
 The M (42) bulge is equivalent to B.
 The G (44) bulge is equivalent to C.
 The GG (46) cup is equivalent to D.

 *Then decide your back size in centimeters (measure below the bust): 65cm, 70cm, 75cm, 80cm.

 *Finally, choose a combination of the cup and the back, for example, if you wear M breasts and have a 75-77cm back, choose size 75B.

 *Choose the final combination prioritizing the cup size and then the back size.
